All of Stanley Lake's works are made of high-fired stoneware clay. They are durable and long-lasting and may be left outside year round (except the fountains).

Fountains
Both the freestanding and wall fountains may be used indoors or outdoors. However, it is recommended that you bring them indoors during the winter months.

Pond Spitters
These functional garden ornaments may be set in a garden or in a pond.

In the photograph, they are mounted on a 2x4 posts anchored to patio stone footings at the bottom of the pond. (Alternatively, the post may be anchored in a stone creche.) The pump is set below the water level, with the tubing running underground.

The height at which the spitter will be installed dictates the strength required of the pump. The pump may be sized to push water up to a vertical height of 4 feet or 7 feet.
