QUANTITY:

Turn a glass of water into a special occasion or add sparkle to a cascade of summer blossoms with an elegant pewter pitcher crafted by Canadian pewtersmith Colin Hamer.

Choose from two simple yet striking designs. A bit shorter and wider, the jug on the left holds 2.5 litres (about 10 cups) and features a comfortably shaped, hammered handle. The pitcher on the right holds about 1.2 litres (about 5 cups). Its graceful lines are accentuated by a solid cast and buffed handle.

Both designs are finished by skillfully hammering (or planishing) the surface of the metal and buffing it to a high lustre.
