Before Ordering
If you have any questions about an item you wish to purchase, please
don't hesitate to ask.
While Made on Order and Limited Production pieces will be as similar
to the photograph & description as possible, you can expect
to see some slight differences in the product you receive - a natural
characteristic of handcrafted work that makes each piece a one-of-a-kind
treasure!
I would be happy to answer any questions you might have to clear
up uncertainties before the item is ordered.
Returns
All items, unless otherwise noted in the product description, may
be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges) for any reason
within 15 days of receiving the item.
To request a return authorization and shipping instructions, please
call or e-mail StudioCrafts.
Please note that unless we have made a mistake in fulfilling the
order or the product was damaged in transit, shipping costs are
not refundable.
It is important that you hold on to the original packing materials
and container provided by the artist so you can pack it properly
for its return voyage. For your peace of mind, we suggest that you
insure the item in case of loss or breakage.
Your money refunded
Upon receiving an item back from you in its original, saleable condition,
we will
exchange the item, issue a credit for a future purchase, or reimburse
the full purchase price as you wish.
Product Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find
the product damaged, call us immediately so we can arrange to an
exchange or return.
Make a note of the apparent damage on the waybill when signing
for the delivery. Whenever possible, we recommend you open the package
in front of the courier.
Please do not discard the packaging materials. When you contact
us, we will discuss a replacement, refund or credit - your choice.
Unfortunately, replacements are not available for One of a Kind
works.
