StudioCrafts makes it easy for you to buy distinctive, handcrafted furnishings, gifts and decorative accessories from skilled craftspeople and artisans across Canada.
Overview
Each item you order from StudioCrafts will be shipped to you directly by the maker which means you may receive several packages at different times for one order.
Many of our products are ready to be shipped within a few days. However, other items are Made to Order and you can expect to wait a bit longer to receive those. The time it takes to prepare Stock and Made to Order items for shipping is indicated as "Time to Ship" in the product descriptions in our Browse & Shop section.
Your order confirmation, which is e-mailed to you by the next business day, shows the total cost of your order including shipping and taxes, the number of shipments you'll receive, from which artisans, and the expected dates of shipping.
In the event of a known delay, freight quotation or other unresolved issue affecting your order, you will be advised immediately and have the option to cancel or change your order before it is processed for payment.

Currently, StudioCrafts ships only to customers in Canada and the United States.
Standard Shipping
Most items will be delivered by insured Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS. Typically, delivery time will vary from 2 to 10 working days depending on where you and the artisan(s) are located.
Bulky items will be shipped by land freight. Because charges vary greatly depending upon the size of the item and travel distance (and we want to get you the best price possible), freight charges will be quoted to you when you submit your order (this may take a day or two). Your order will not be processed until you confirm your acceptance of the quotation.
Estimating Time of Delivery
Each product description includes a "Time to Ship", ie. the number of working days the artisan will require to prepare or produce the item for shipping. In turn, the "Delivery Time" mentioned above reflects the number of days it takes for your order to travel from an artisan's studio to your door. To estimate when you might expect to receive the product(s) you order, add a product's Time to Ship to the Standard Delivery Time.
Express Shipping
You may choose to upgrade the delivery of many of our products to one or two-day air delivery. Please call or e-mail to request pricing and delivery options.
Important Note: Upgrading to Express Shipping does NOT mean you'll get your order the next day! Upgrading does not change how long it takes an artisan to prepare your order -- it only reduces the travel time after the product is in the courier's hands.
Tracking Your Purchase You will be able to track any purchase that was shipped via UPS. We will provide you with a number for tracking purposes in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Use that number to track your UPS package.

International Shipments
Currently, StudioCrafts does not ship to addresses outside of Canada and the United States.
