Raku Vases

These one-of-a-kind decorative vases are individually thrown on a potter's wheel and slow fired using the traditional Raku technique. No surface glazes are used - instead the pigments are blended into the clay itself prior to firing. Some designs include 22kt gold leaf and semi precious stones. A light beeswax coating is added as the final protective finish. Exquisite!

Cast Glass Plates

Our cast glass leaf-shaped platter comes in rich hues of green or burnt red with a tiny pewter frog as a charming accent.

One of a limited series of designs inspired from history, mythology and nature. The artist blends vivid colours with accents of metal pigments and sand in a unique glass casting technique that starts with humid sand moulds. While still hot, the glass is manipulated and shaped to create the final shape. The process ends with a slow, two-day thermal process in specialized ovens.
